PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generation resistance-type flow rate-measuring device that properly detects the flow rate of a fluid where a forward flow and a backward coexist like a pulsation flow accompanied with a backward flow. SOLUTION: A sub passage 3 that has at least two heat generation resistors 1 being installed near upstream and downstream sides in the inside is composed of a first channel 302 that has a bending part 303, and a second channel 309 in which forward flow hard to flow and to introduce backward flow to the sub passage 3 when the backward flow is generated in a main passage 5.
