<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a burying equipment for subaqueous cables which performs efficient cable burying work by the use of comparatively less power, even on an inclined place. SOLUTION: Balancing tanks 65 are installed on both sides of an equipment body 63 which constitutes a subaqueous cable burying equipment, and each of these is divided longitudinally into three by partition walls 75, 76. Consequently, it is possible to control its posture by letting air into front regions 77 or rear regions 78, in accordance with inclination from a bomb, when burying work is performed on an inclined sea bottom 35A. Accordingly, there is no need for rotating thrusters 41-44 fully and keep the landing state, and it becomes possible to allot power enough to drive a submersible pump for burying work.</p> |
