welding equipment and processes, namely additive material used for electric arc flux welding, mainly for butt single-pass welding. SUBSTANCE: additive material contains (mass%): oxygen free salt of alkali metal - (0.5-0.8); aluminium - (0.2-0.3); cerium - (0.4-1.2); nickel - (4.0-6.0); chopped welding wire - the balance. Additional alloying of material with aluminium, cerium and nickel allows to enhance cold resistance of joint metal and fusion zone, to lower quantity of non-metallic inclusions and to convert them from film to globule form. EFFECT: enhanced cold resistance of joints welded by arc single-pass welding of steel products microalloyed with strong carbide generating compounds at use of standard wires and fluxes. 1 exp, 1 tbl |
