PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform data processing by providing proper image signals by controlling the shutter speed of a CCD camera. SOLUTION: A first signal for instructing a shutter speed to the CCD camera, a second signal for instructing transfer from a storage register for image data to the transfer register of the CCD camera and a third signal for transferring image data from the transfer register to an A/D converting means are outputted from a timing signal generating means and the timing signal generating means outputs the second signal after the third signal and sets the first signal to a value with which the difference of first and second signals is corresponding to the shutter speed. A synchronizing signal processing means is newly provided and image data are A/D converted on the basis of signals from the timing signal generating means and a signal from a controller. |
