PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy distribution system for electronic commerce which takes the properties of an article into account when toys are electronically dealt in. SOLUTION: This system comprises a server having stock information database in which stock information of toy stores is registered and a map database showing the locations of the respective toy stores, the toy stores which are connected to the server through a network, and customers. A customer accesses the server and inputs and sends a desirable toy to be purchased and a desirable toy reception place. The server performs retrieval from the stock information database according to the desirable top and desirable reception place information inputted from the customer through the network and transmits list data of toy stores which have the inventory of the toy that the customer desires and also have time distances from the toy reception place that the customer desires shorter than a prescribed value to the customer according to the retrieval results. The customer having received the list data specifies a desirable toy store and determines the order of the toy. |
