PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash managing system for preparing the change according to prescribed conditions for every cash register in respective stores. SOLUTION: The cash managing system 100 is provided with a change managing function 110 and on the basis of the amount of the change for every cash register previously registered in a change managing table 150, the change to be user for each cash register is determined at a prescribed timing. The said registered change is expressed as the number of coin bars for every denomination and the said change is registered by days of the week, by dates or in the other suitable pattern. Besides, the stock of the change or necessity of complementation is managed as well. Further, the said cash managing system 100 is provided with a fine investigation function 120, a transportation managing function 130, a receiving managing function 140, a change managing table 150 and a sale managing table 160 and cash management related to the change is repeated in the cycle of four days. |
