PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation apparatus which stabilizes a discharge operation and which can increase a laser output sharply by a method, wherein the flow of a laser gas inside a discharge tube is made uniform. SOLUTION: This laser oscillating apparatus is featured with a part in which a laser gas flows in parallel in the same or opposite direction with reference to the direction in which the laser gas flows inside a discharge tube is formed in a laser-gas flow passage, in which a curved part is formed or which is arranged nearly at right angles to the discharge tube.
