PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily actualizable an optical memory element at a low price and to make greatly reducible its manufacturing period. SOLUTION: Resin-made core/clad members 20 each having a resin-made core layer or/and a resin-made clad layer are prepared as constituent elements of the optical memory element and stacked across adhesives 8 made of desirable setting resin materials without hardening the adhesive 8, which are hardened together at a time to adhere the respective resin-made core/clad members 20.
