PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IPS(in-plane switching) mode liquid crystal display device in which black unevenness scarcely occurs even in the cases laser repair is applied to a short circuit in gate signal wiring or a defect such as a pinhole exists in a gate insulation layer.
