METHOD FOR ACQUIRING AND DISPLAYING INFORMATION FOR WWW CLIENT SERVER SYSTEM, CLIENT DEVICE AND INFORMATION PROVIDING SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the management of the providing information of an information providing server and to facilitate the acquisition of user's latest information on a client side in a WWW client server system using the Internet. SOLUTION: A user terminal (client) 140 stores an information providing document distributed from a provider 100 through a document distributing server 120. An XML data server 130 being the information providing server manages only the latest updated data of a part (variable data part) of the information providing document from the provider 100. The terminal 140 displays the distributed document by using a WWW browser, acquires the XML updated data of the part connected from the server 130 by designating the part of the displayed document, analyzes the XML updated data, integrates the updated data with the other parts of the document and display them.
