PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable electrical apparatus, in which the apparatus body can be used safely in a long-lived manner, in which the output current of a power-supply part can be adjusted with good accuracy, in which an irregularity in the output current is small, and by which a charging operation can be performed precisely. SOLUTION: The on-off signal of a power-supply switch 3 is input to a power-supply part 4. When the power-supply switch 3 is turned off, a pulse signal is output, and a secondary battery 1 is charged with a pulse current. When the power-supply part 3 is turned on, a continuous current is output, and a load is driven by the continuous current.
