PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera photographing device capable of easily matching the direction of a camera and an interested object. SOLUTION: Concerning the camera controller for controlling a camera 101 from a distant place, this device is provided with a storage 106 for storing the photographing history of the camera 101 in the past, learning part 107 for learning the interest of a user from the photographing history in the past, retrieving part 109 for retrieving the photographing object matching the interest of the user on the basis of the learnt result of the learning part, and control part 111 for controlling the camera so as to photograph the object matching the interest of the user retrieved by the retrieving part.
