PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker system where the number of speakers can freely be increased and a large diameter speaker can be selected depending on a high sound quality requirement so as to enhance the sound quality and the output sound pressure level. SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 has a sunroof section 1a that if fomred by opening the ceiling of a vehicle interior and freely opened/closed. A baffle plate assembly 10 that is provided with a baffle plate 12 with a through-hole 12a made thereto and with a fixed member 14 screw-fastened to the baffle plate 12 from the inside of the vehicle interior is mounted and sealed to the sunroof section 1a from the outside of the vehicle 1. On speaker 20 or more mounted on the baffle plate 12 from the outside of the vehicle 1, sealing the through-hole 12a and emits sound in the vehicle interior is provided to the sunroof section 1a, and the inner wall of the vehicle interior forms a substantial infinite baffle structure for the speaker 20 through the baffle assembly 10.
