PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent picture quality of a display from being decreased by increase in unevenness of resistance due to position in a display screen of a cathode. SOLUTION: Resistance is prevented from being increased due to connections, by increasing a connection area of an extended part arranged by extending from a cathode main body part and a cathode bias input terminal.
