PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitter and an information transmission/reception system to promote wide use of coupons by enabling services to be offered to viewers in various forms, by adding various kinds of information except the number of points to the coupons. SOLUTION: In this information transmission/reception system, having a broadcasting station 11 to broadcast the contents by multiplexing coupons to the contents and a receiver 16 to receive the contents and the coupon which are broadcasted by the broadcasting station 11 and to generate coupon information to receive the service by managing the coupons, the broadcasting station 11 transmits the coupons by attaching coupon identifiers 26 to identify the coupons to them, and the receiver 16 manages the received coupons by sorting them by coupon identifier 26.
