PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an engine rotating speed operation device for a work vehicle which has a simple structure by enabling engine rotating speed to be controlled with small variance by the operation of a manual operation lever or foot step pedal. SOLUTION: An engine rotating speed fixation control means has a frictional hold type manual operation lever 31, a seesaw operation lever 11, a loose spring mechanism 20 having an internal spring load made larger than the return reaction force of a governor control lever 33, a 1st cable control means, and a 2nd cable control means. An engine rotating speed variable control means has a foot step pedal 10 and a means for interlocking coupling among the foot step pedal 10, loose spring mechanism 20, and seesaw operation lever 11 which makes the seesaw operation lever 11 swing in the speed reducing direction of the governor control lever 33 by compressing the spring of the loose spring mechanism 20 associatively with stepping of the foot step pedal 10.
