Independent claims are included for: (1) the cleaning composition used comprising an aqueous solution of 0.05-5 wt.% Na metaperiodate and 0.05-0.75 wt.% H2SO4 and a solution of 0.5-90 wt.% dialkylesters and 0.5-50 wt.% nonionic surfactant; (2) a cleaning device comprising a first section with a first ramp of nozzles for spraying the cleaning composition and a second ramp of nozzles for spraying high pressure water associated with a drain tank for recovering the cleaned product; and (3) a cleaning kit comprising two cavities, each containing one of the two solutions.
