PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the preparation working efficiency of a header. SOLUTION: This header preparing terminal 3, which prepares a header composed of one or a plurality of character strings in a header area of a designated size, is provided with a header layout table 18 in which the character sizes of the character strings and each position of the position types of the character strings in each header size, a selection menu displaying means 20 which displays a selection menu 19a of the position types in the header area of each character string constituting the header, input condition setting means 21 to 23 which read the positions and character sizes corresponding to the position type of each character string that is selected and designated with the selection menu displayed from the header layout table and a character string writing means 24 which writes a character string that is subjected to key input in a character size set in an input frame 34 set by the input condition setting means in the header area. |
