PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to get to sleep, wakeup and obtain good-quality sleep without imposing any heavy load on a human body and spoiling comfortable feeling. SOLUTION: The operation of an air conditioner, having data showing the physiological characteristic of human body during sleeping and inputting various kinds of detecting signals, which are not shown in a diagram, is controlled while the air conditioner comprises a control unit CPU, supplying a control signal to an outlet air stream temperature control device 1, and an air stream temperature control device 1, controlling the operation of an air conditioner to control the outlet air stream temperature. |
