摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make weight lighter, size smaller and cost reduced for LI battery pack. SOLUTION: Charging and discharging terminals self-mounted on substrate body 2 integrating a battery is monolithicaly united to the substrate body 2 electrically and mechanially, and a substrate to be the substrate body 2 has self-mounted the charging and discharging terminals 1. The charging and discharging terminals 1 are not necessarily united to a console of an electronic apparatus integrating the battery pack body, the substrate body 2. The substrate body 2 is composed of a thick portion 3 and a thin portion 4, and the thick portion 3 has a reference surface 5 while the thin portion has a concave surface 6 formed inside the reference surface 5 of the substrate body 2, and the charging and discharging terminals 1 are united with the concave surface 6 and fit in it for positioning, allowing automatic assembling using an automated machine. Exposed surface of the charging and discharging terminals 1 sandwiched by concave portions has been formed slightly projecting from or in the same plane as the reference surface 5 of the substrate body 2. The substrate body and charging and discharging terminals are firmly united through a soldering layer.
