PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a processing cartridge provided with the developing device and an image forming device, that wear of a developer carrying means is reduced, developer inside a developer container is surely transported to the vicinity of a developer carrier and efficiently consumed and stable image output is realized over a whole service life of the cartridge. SOLUTION: Relating to this device, when a rotating radius of the developer carrying member 2 when not deformed is L1 and distance from a center of rotation of the developer carrying member 2 to an inner wall surface of the developer container 1 is L2, the inner wall surface of the developer container 1 is formed so that the relation of L2<L1 is satisfied in a range TRS of the developer container 1 inner wall surface where an inclined angle formed by the inner wall surface of the developer container 1 and a horizontal plane is <=an angle of repose α of the developer 6 and a range SP of the developer container 1 inner wall surface from a position that is on a most developing sleeve 3 side of the range to a nearby edge of an opening 15 and in a range other than the above, the distance L2 above satisfies the relation of L2>=L1. |
