PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lengthy fluid transferring heat insulating tube and its manufacturing, method, with which no constriction occurs at a heat insulating layer made of foaming resin or rubber, and terminals are easily treated. SOLUTION: In a fluid transferring heat insulating tube, an outer surface of a resin tube 1 is coated with a heat insulating layer 2 made of foaming resin or rubber. In such a tube, an intermediate layer 3 is arranged between the resin tube 1 and the heat insulating layer 2 made of foaming resin or rubber, which layer 2 is not in contact with the resin tube 1, and is contact with the heat insulating layer 2 made of foaming resin or rubber.
