PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for a noise absorbing member for a cover of vehicular vibrating parts, which improves noise absorbing performance by-forming a clearance between the noise absorbing member and the cover, and prevents a fastening member for the noise absorbing member and the cover from being projected downward from a lower surface of the cover. SOLUTION: In an attaching structure of a noise absorbing member 21 of a cover 1 for vehicular vibrating parts to be attached to the side of the vibrating parts of the cover for noise absorption, a bead 3B is formed on the cover 1 to determine partition chambers 9a, 9b between the noise absorbing member 21 and the cover 1. A facing member 21 is applied to the surface of the noise absorbing member 21. The noise absorbing member 21 and the cover 1 are fixed by means of a rivet 25 or a bolt. The rivet 25 or a stem 26 of the bolt is housed in the bead 3B formed on the cover 1.
