PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device wherein white balance of each color display pixel can easily be controlled without making a circuit configuration complex. SOLUTION: This is a display device wherein display pixels 110, each of which is provided with an EL element 60 sequentially laminating an anode 61, an emitting layer 63, and a cathode 66 and emitting each color, and a TFT 40 for driving the EL element supplying a current to each EL display element, are arranged in a matrix form, and as for the sizes (W/L) of the EL element driving transistors TFT 40 connected with respective color display pixels 110R, 110G, 110B, the TFT for the green display pixel 110G having the best luminous efficiency in the luminous layer 63 of the EL element is the smallest, and the TFTs of the display pixels 110G are increased in size in order of red and blue as their luminous efficiencies become lower. |
