PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module which makes the temperature distribution uniform over a temperature controlled body and a temperature control plate using the thermoelectric module which makes the temperature distribution uniform over a mounting plate. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric module 10 comprises electrodes 11 shaped so as to develop over the entire contact region 10A facing a mounting plate (temperature controlled body) 2. The temperature control plate 1 using the invented thermoelectric module is shaped to develop the electrodes 11 over the entire contact region 10A facing the mounting plate 2.
