PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount requiring no delicate adjustment of oil pressure causing a big change in an engine supporting condition, by supporting the static load of the engine by a rubber mount placed side by side with a hydraulic actuator. SOLUTION: A part of the static load of an engine is supported by a body frame 3 through an elastically supporting path coming from a mounting plate 5 via a rubber mount 4, the cover 9 of a hydraulic actuator 6 and a cylinder 8. The remaining static load of the engine is supported by the body frame 3 through a hydraulically supporting path via a piston 10 having a tip surface 11 abutting the mounting plate 5, oil in a chamber 17 and the cylinder 8, based on oil pressure in the chamber 17 of the hydraulic actuator 6. Delicate hydraulic adjustment to suppress the displacement of the piston 10 is not required by supporting the load by the rubber mount 4.
