PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a rotary electric machine. SOLUTION: A crossover holding ring 4 which holes a crossover 15 is fixed on a stator yoke 11 by molding and the height hr of the ring 14 is made lower than the wound height hc of a stator coil. In addition, the crossover 15 and its associated parts are arranged in a dead space near the yoke 11.
