PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phone for disaster prevention system that can lock a handset of a disaster prevention supervisory panel in an excellent way without imposing an excess load onto a curl cord of the handset and the disaster prevention supervisory panel even on the occurrence of a temporary state that the handset of the disaster prevention supervisory panel is not in use on the way of a speech with a terminal in the case that maintenance and inspection or the like are conducted with a plurality of terminals connected to the disaster prevention supervisory panel through telephone lines. SOLUTION: The disaster prevention supervisory panel 10 is roughly provided with a supervisory panel main body 10A containing electronic devices for disaster prevention supervision, a main door 10B that is placed in front of the supervisory panel main body 10A in an opening/closing possible way, an operation display panel 11 placed to the supervisory panel main body 10A and exposed via a panel window section 10C open to the main door 10B, a small door 12 that is placed in an opening/closing possible way under the operation display panel 11, and a handset hook 13 that is placed to the main door 10B in the vicinity of the panel window section 10C and can hook the handset.
