PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack-attaching substrate which does not cause the number of pings of the signal lines of two daughter cards connected to a mother board from becoming insufficient, is not affected by noise or restricted by the position of a second connector which connects the daughter cards to each other, and makes a rack to be taken out of and put in without hindrance, in a state where no excess force is applied to the rack. SOLUTION: A substrate for attaching rack is provided with connectors 4 and 5 or connector pins 7, which electrically connect two substrates 1 and 2 to each other, a plate 3 which is interposed between the substrates 1 and 2, and ejectors 16 and 16 which are pulled out from the main body of a rack, positioned to prescribed locations, and attached to the plate 3.
