PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of manufacturing a circuit board with lead terminals with high efficiency. SOLUTION: Lead terminals 3 are arranged across a window hole 2 formed in the center part of a circuit board 1 in the forms of jumper wires. After predetermined circuit components 5... are mounted in rotational symmetry in respective circuit board regions 1a and 1b with the window hole 2 as a border therebetween, the lead wires of the circuit components 5... are connected and fixed to both the bent ends of the lead terminals 3 on the backside of the circuit board 1 by soldering, etc. Then the lead terminals 3 are cut off at their center parts. Further, the respective circuit board regions 1a and 1b are separated from each other along, for instance, a machined broken line to form circuit boards with lead terminals.
