PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap-fastening device for enclosure, the manufacturing cost of which can be reduced by making the constitution of the device simpler and can prevent the cap of an enclosure from being opened, without using special locks. SOLUTION: A cap-fastening device is constituted, in such a way that a base member 4 is provided on the main body 1 of an enclosure and one end of a screw receiving arm 8 meshed with an opening/closing screw 9 is attached rotatably to the base member 4. In addition, a hook member 12, provided with a slit 14 having one opened end, is provided on the cap 2 of the enclosure. A shaft section 9a of the screw 9 meshed with the arm 8 is positioned in the slit 14, by turning the arm 8 and the hook member 12 is clamped and fixed to the arm 8 by means of the screw 9.
