PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for magnetic component, with which a space for attachment is reduced as much as possible, high-density mounting is enabled, and assembly and disassembly can be facilitated. SOLUTION: A core 2 is provided with a central magnetic leg 2a, located on one surface of a core attaching member 1 while having an axial center along with a direction orthogonal with one surface. The central magnetic leg 2a is provided along with an axial direction and equipped with a through-hole with the side of the core attaching member 1 as a small diameter hole part 2c and with the opposite side as a large diameter hole part 2d. An attaching screw 4 is inserted into the through-hole and a nut 3 to be screwed with the side of a head 4a of the attaching screw 4 or with the attaching screw is housed in the large diameter hole part 2d. Then, by locking the core 2 in a step part 2e between the large-diameter hole part 2d and the small-diameter hole part 2c, the core can be fixed to the core attaching member 1.
