<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data encoding method for decreasing the amount of data corresponding to errors in received data. SOLUTION: When a receiver receives an incorrect motion vector and predictive error information, data are transmitted storing encoded macro blocks in respective plural reference buffers so that the receiver side can recover the error and in the case of the said error, video data are transmitted using the second buffer itself.</p> |
