PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-room type air conditioner capable of strongly dehumidifying at low cost without dew forming around diffusing of an indoor unit in the conditioner having a plurality of indoor units connected to an outdoor unit. SOLUTION: A control piping temperature setting means for setting a highest target piping temperature of target piping temperatures of respective indoor units to a control piping temperature is provided. Then, the control piping temperature is compared with the piping temperature of the indoor unit adopted for the control piping temperature to control a compressor capacity.
