PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly register user information in a Web server terminal with high working efficiency. SOLUTION: A user information file 22 including a plurality of pieces of user information prepared by a client terminal 2 is uploaded to the Web server terminal 1 through a communication line 4 by a browser 21. Then, the user information managing part 13 of the terminal 1 collectively updates each user information included in the file 22 and registers the user information in user master information 12.
