PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional document image processing device where a described character string and a seal stamp in a document image have been hard to see or have been illegible because of a hindrance due to a pattern crowded with very small noises caused by optical scanning of a document and much communication cost and storage cost have been required due to a huge image data amount because the noises consist of very small dot patterns and linear patterns. SOLUTION: The document image processing device is provided with a means that detects presence of noises consisting of very small patterns and a means that eliminates the noise from a captured document image to clear up the image. |
