PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating ventilating device to simplify a ventilation passage to the outside of a bathroom and facilitate installation of the device at a wall. SOLUTION: This device comprises a ventilation blower 14 fixed on a wall 2 of the bath room inside 1 by a fixing member 5 and situated in a casing and discharging air in the bathroom inside 1 to the bathroom outside 4; a heat- exchanger 31 having a heating medium circulating means 43 and circulating a heating medium heated by a heating device 40 of the bathroom outside 4; and a circulation blower 32 to circulate air, the temperature of which is increased by the heat-exchanger 31, to the bathroom inside 1. One end of the ventilation passage of the ventilation blower 14 forms an opening part 14a formed in its surface positioned facing the wall 2. In the so formed bathroom heating ventilating device 10, the wall 2 is provided with a pipe 15 piercing the wall 2 and communicating with the bathroom outside 4 and by fixing the bathroom heating ventilating device 10 at the wall 2 by the fixing member 5, the opening part 14a is caused to communicate with the end part on the indoor side of the pipe 15.
