PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate to scan the same data many times. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means which converts each data into a numerical value, a means which performs subtraction between numerical values of the results obtained by converting the data into a numerical value string, a means for temporarily and respectively storing subtraction results, a means for performing addition between the temporarily stored subtraction results and a means which performs zero decision of addition results, and decides a homologous part on the basis of zero decision results.
