PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home memory node system and a VLR node system that can stably authenticate a terminal and register its position with high accuracy. SOLUTION: These home memory node system and VLR node system are provided with a storage means that stores terminal position information and authentication information, a database maintenance means that reflects the position information and the authentication information given from an active system to the storage means for a period acting like a standby system, a call history request means that makes a request of already acquired history information denoting the history of calls incident before a call of a concerned terminal to sequentially or in parallel to VLRs under the control when receiving identification information, an authentication key of the concerned terminal to be authenticated whose call, is incident and new history information denoting the call incident in the concerned terminal, and an authentication means that takes correlation between the already acquired history information and the new history information and takes correlation between the authentication information stored in the storage means and the authentication key to authenticate the terminal to be authenticated on the basis of the results when the VLRs under the control provides the already acquired history information.
