PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance mountability of a condenser integrating a liquid receiver onto a vehicle by reducing the size thereof. SOLUTION: A liquid receiver 140 comprises two modulator tanks 141, 142 wherein one modulator tank 141 is positioned on the left side of a condenser 110 while the other modulator tank 142 is positioned on the right side of the condenser 110. Consequently, widthwise dimensions of the liquid receiver 140 can be set equal to or shorter than the widthwise dimensions of a header tank 120. Since a dead space generated by integrating the liquid receiver 140 can be reduced, mountability of a condenser integrating a liquid receiver 100 onto a vehicle can be enhanced.
