PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urine collecting cup capable of easily dipping test paper for inspecting an urine in an urine to be inspected with small riskiness or without riskiness of flow-out of the urine even when the urine contained in the cup is little. SOLUTION: The urine collecting cup comprises a cylindrical cup body with a bottom, and a tongue part mounted at a part of an upper edge bendable along an upper edge of the body. Or, the cup comprises a cylindrical cup body with a bottom, and a plate-like thin member mounted at the body capable of opposing an inside surface of the body to its front surface through a predetermined gap. In this case, an at least part of the member is submerged under a liquid surface to be presumed so that the gap exists above the liquid surface.
