摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the capacitance between electrodes and structures other than the electrodes from becoming greater than the capacitance between the electrodes and causing measuring errors and avoid the influence of heat entering from the outside, in a capacitance type density meter for measuring the density of a very low temperature fluid such as slush hydrogen. SOLUTION: Two electrodes 35, 36 opposed to each other for measuring the capacitance of slush hydrogen produced by a slush hydrogen fabrication device are provided within an outer cylinder 34 sunk into the slush hydrogen. The electrodes 35, 36 are attached via electrode fixtures 37 to ribs 40 arranged to project radially from the inner surface of the outer cylinder 34, with a sufficient distance between the electrodes 35, 36 and the outer cylinder 34. Also, the outer cylinder 34 is grounded 43 to reduce an ineffective capacitance that forms between the outer cylinder 34 and the electrodes 35, 36.
