PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks and delamination in a laminated capacitor as much as possible, by relaxing residual stresses in the direction of lamination. SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor has a laminated unit 1, which includes a group 5 of inner electrodes and a group 3 of dielectric ceramics which are provided between the group 5 of internal electrodes and a pair of outer electrodes 9a and 9b, connected electrically to the end parts of the group 5 of inner electrodes. The lengths and/or widths of some or all of the group 5 of the inner electrodes connected to the same electrode among the pair of outer electrodes 9a and 9b are made to differ from each other, at least between adjacent inner electrodes to relieve the concentration of a residual stress. By relaxing the stress concentration, the resultant stress of the relieved residual stresses and added thermal stress caused by thermal shock applied by a soldering work, etc., can be reduced, in comparison with the resultant stress where the stress concentration is not relieved. Therefore, the possibility of cracks, delamination, etc., in a laminated capacitor can be reduced.
