PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated parts with built-in inductor and its manufacturing method with simple procedure, downsizing and accurate configuration, and excellent high frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: A ceramic green sheet 3 is provided for unbaked ceramic insulating layer in a PET film serving as a member for supporting conducting process to coat the insulating layer 2 all over except for an internal insulator forming pattern 7 exposing the insulating layer 2. Therefore, an insulating powder turning to an internal conductor 10 is electro-deposited by means of migration current on the insulating layer 2 exposing the internal insulator forming pattern 7, and an internal conductor forming insulating layer 20 is formed with the internal insulator 10 of the insulating powder substantially as thick as the ceramic green sheet 3. After the internal conductor forming insulating layer 20 is laminated so as to mutually connect the internal conductor 10 in each layer, the ceramic green sheet is simultaneously baked with the internal conductor.
