PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly uniformize image density for every light emitting element at the time of forming images on an image carrier body by using plural light emitting elements. SOLUTION: At the time of driving plural light emitting elements in parallel, individual optimum developing biases (DV1, DV2) which are calculated from respective pieces of information which are obtained by detecting image density of the elements in order to obtain target density are not supplied to the elements as intrinsic biases corresponding to respective light emitting elements, but when a final single developing bias (DV) is supplied to the respective elements as a common bias, deviations with the target image density are corrected by applying correction (S-odd, S-even) to emitted light quantities of respective lasers. |
