<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve glass substrate characteristic of a thin film based solar battery module. SOLUTION: This thin film based solar battery module contains a glass substrate 1 which has a first and a second main surfaces and is constituted of soda-lime glass; an oxide protective coating film 2 which is formed on the first main surface of the glass substrate 1, and has hardness higher than that of the glass substrate 1; and a transparent conductive oxide electrode layer 3, a photoelectric conversion layer 4, and a back metal electrode layer 5 which are laminated in order on the second main surface of the glass substrate 1.</p> |
