A communication part 55 transmits inputted voice or voice that a recording part 52 records to a host computer 2 and receives the result obtained by recognizing voice from the host computer 2. A control part 54 selects the transmission of inputted voice by the communication part 55 or the storage of voice in the recording part 52.
