PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device with induction heating capable of preventing the occurrence of fixing defect, the low temperature offset, and the high temperature offset by adjusting the heat generation distribution in a fixing member. SOLUTION: The fixing belt 30 as the fixing member, is provided with distributing means 40 for adjusting the heat generation distribution the belt. This distributing means, is constituted by forming plural areas S1, S2, S3 and S4 respectively provided with different resistance value on the fixing belt. The areas S2 and S3 respectively provided with the lower resistance value, is arranged on both end part areas where the temperature falling is easier than the center area on the fixing belt.
