SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means for deviating the supply distribution of the electrification accelerating particles (m) along in the longitudinal direction of the electrifying nip part (a). To put it concretely, the supply distribution of the particles (m) along in the longitudinal direction of the nip part (a) is deviated by providing a sequence for fluctuating an information writing position with respect to the image carrier 1, a sequence for fluctuating the position of the electrification accelerating particle supporting member 2 with respect to the image carrier 1 or the member for deviating the supply distribution of the particles (m) on the image carrier 1.
