ENERGY-SAVING BUS DRIVING DEVICE AND DIVIDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus driving device and driving method that can reduce the power consumption of a data bus. SOLUTION: A change width of a bus drive voltage received through the data bus is reduced. A 1st voltage transmission section transmits a 1st bus drive voltage corresponding to input data with a high-order level to the data bus in response to a 1st control signal, a 2nd voltage transmission section transmits a 2nd bus drive voltage that corresponds to a low-order level of the input data and is lower than the level of the 1st bus drive voltage by a 1st prescribed level to the data bus in response to the 1st control signal, a 1st control signal generating section outputs the 1st control signal in response to the input data and a voltage elimination section eliminates the 1st bus drive voltage with the 1st prescribed level or over that is delivered to the data bus in response to the input data and the 1st control signal when the level of the input data changes from the high-order level into the low-order level.
